❌ No Returns or Exchanges (Hygiene Policy)

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products — including vibrators, lubricants, wearable toys, or accessories — once they are delivered.

We hope you understand this policy is in place to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all customers.

✅ Returns Only for Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or non-functional, we will provide a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

• You contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product

• You share clear photos/videos of the issue

• The product is unused and in its original packaging (where applicable)

Once verified, we’ll either:

• Send a replacement, or

• Issue a refund or store credit

💸 Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be:

• Processed within 3–5 working days

• Sent via Esewa, Khalti, or bank transfer

⚠️ Situations Not Covered

We will not offer refunds or replacements for:

• Change of mind after delivery

• Incorrect usage or damage caused by the customer

• Delivery delays due to external factors (e.g., strikes, weather, etc.)
