We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Nepal. If you're in a more remote area, delivery may take slightly longer — but we’ll do our best to get it to you quickly.

  • Inside Kathmandu Valley: 1–3 working days

  • Outside Kathmandu Valley: 3–5 working days

  • Remote areas: 5–7 working days

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to festivals, strikes, or unavoidable logistics delays.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available in most regions

  • Esewa / Khalti / Bank Transfer – Available upon request

  • Prepaid orders may be processed slightly faster

Please ensure your address and contact details are correct at checkout. If a delivery is missed due to incorrect information, we may contact you to reschedule (additional charges may apply for redelivery).
